He looked at the letter. Over and over again. Maybe he was dreaming. This was too good to be true! Life had been rough recently. He checked again, if the letter was really addressed to him. If this was true, it would change everything.
She accepted Al. For years she was trying to change him. She never acknowledged his true talents. She always pointed fingers at his flaws, ashamed him for his low income, for his silly passion for arts and even never appreciated the woman he married. She blamed him for not giving her a grandson. She wanted him to be like his elder brother, who was swimming in the pool of money and gave her everything she ever wanted.
