There is so much mystery out in nature. It’s everywhere!
Here a picture I captured on a walk today. It’s the way the shadow falls and the sun comes through that makes it look mysterious…
And here a picture I captured a couple of months ago. Can’t get any more mysterious than fog and snow combined…

I have to tell you that the steps pic is so compelling! It feels ancient, a place that has more than a century of passage upon them. You can almost hear the echoes of whispers from long ago conversations.
Now the trees and the fog reminded me at first of the way fireflies tend to congregate among the branches of the bushes and trees after dusk. It’s amazing! Of course, when I looked more closely I saw they might be lights, plus, where there’s snow, there wouldn’t be a firefly around.

Thank you. I like that! Yes, those are lights. It was around Christmas in July (yes that is what they do here in Australia…), so there was a lot of decorations…

When you go into the post it almost looks like the header is part of the photos so that it is all three. I kind of like that. It stats off as a blaring sun hidden in the trees, then mystery steps then the chilling snow and trees. It’s great 🙂 – good work!
